Strategic Consulting

We begin with a solid foundation of strategic insights, vision and planning and work our way both upstream (to incorporate both cultural buy-in and organizational process) and downstream (see activation)

- Value-Based Projects – Scoped, methodical engagements designed to meet a series of tangible and clear deliverables/objectives
- Interruption & Advisory Services – Tapping into our think tank of thought leaders on an as-need basis to deliver a multitude of outcomes (from brainstorming through training through interrupting the status quo AKA trouble-shooting and contingency planning to maximize upside and minimize downside)
Activation Assignments
- “Commitment to Conversation” – A two-part engagement, which includes both a strategic framework and contact management process, as well as a tactical program built around our nine-step patented implementation process,
- “Experimentation” – These are well-structured exercises in proving or refuting hypotheses associated with innovation, change and commitments associated with community, dialogue and partnership. Like Commitment to Conversation, this has a strategic layer which is designed to answer questions such as: do we need an experimentation budget? How many of these do we need a year? How will we measure success?
